1. Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you place an order or contact us for support: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, the items you ordered, and which payment method you chose. We never see or store card numbers or bank credentials, because payment is made directly to us by bank transfer or Cash App rather than through this website.

2. Cookies

There are no customer accounts on this site and nothing to log in to, so there are no login cookies and no “Remember Me”. We set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own.

Your cart is kept in your own browser’s local storage, under the key nupepta-cart. It stays on your device until you clear it or complete an order, and nothing in it reaches us until you check out.

3. Contact forms

When visitors fill out a form on the site, we collect the data provided in the form and it is saved in a database. This information is only shared with applicable parties to resolve any issues and to ensure the website is operating efficiently.

4. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not identify you or follow you to other websites. We do not use Google Analytics and we run no advertising scripts.

Our host keeps ordinary server logs — the page requested, the time, the browser’s user agent, and the IP address the request came from — which is how any website is operated and kept secure. If we add an analytics tool later, this section will name it before it is switched on.

5. Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content, for example videos, images, or articles. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

6. Who we share your data with

Information is shared with applicable employees to resolve issues, improve services, and monitor website functionality. We do not sell information to third parties.

7. What rights you have over your data

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you — your orders and anything you have sent us through a form — and you can ask us to delete it. Email info@nupepta.com from the address you used with us and we will act on it within 30 days.

We cannot delete records we are required to keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons, such as the record of an order, but we will tell you what is being kept and why.

8. How long we retain your data

We keep order records, including the contact and shipping details attached to them, for as long as we are required to for tax and administrative purposes. Messages sent through the contact form are kept until the matter is resolved. There are no user profiles to retain, because there are no accounts.

To check on an order, use the order number and the email address it was placed with at Track an order. That pair is the only credential involved, and it is already in your confirmation email.
